My practice is a means to structure, introspection, and engagement.
My training has been self-directed. My preferred medium is oil paint. I work on paper, cardboard, and canvas. The works depict human figures in space, still lives, biomorphic abstractions, and appropriation of other artworks, including music and literature. The results are mostly figurative and symbolic. The themes are social dynamics, my experience with mental illness, and creative processes.
